One Peking, planned and financed solely by the Group, located in the heart of Tsimshatsui.  The Grade A office building is 160 meters tall and is the landmark in Tsimshatsui.

Designed by famous architect Mr. Rocco Yim, One Peking perfectly reflects Glorious Sun’s spirit of innovation by its unique curved facade and high-tech environmental features.  This landmark building is the first in Hong Kong to win honors for architectural and structural design, environmental care and technology.
